Frequently Asked Questions
The nitty gritty on our services and what comes next.
-
Ebel Studio is an experience and event design studio for weddings and special events. We shape the look and feel of your celebration, design every printed detail, and give each vendor a clear creative direction, so the entire event unfolds as one cohesive experience.
-
Weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, showers, holiday gatherings, and other special events. For brands, we design launches, pop-ups, and community events. Any occasion worth gathering for is worth designing well.
-
We're a design studio first.
For smaller events, we also offer light planning services, so one team can support the design and the details.
For larger events (100+ guests) and weddings, we prefer to work alongside a planner or coordinator who oversees bookings, timelines, and budgets. We define the design of your event, create every printed piece, and guide your vendors so florals, rentals, and paper feel made for one another.
Not sure which fits? We'll figure it out together on your intro call. -
A graphic designer creates individual pieces, such as an invitation or a logo. We design the event in its entirety. Beyond your invitations and signage, we guide the larger decisions, from rentals and florals to the feel of each space, so your guests step into something considered from every angle.
-
Every Ebel Studio wedding and special event comes with an Event Guide. Think of it as a style guide for your event: one source of truth for every design decision, shared with you and your vendors.
-
We price by project. Smaller events start around $5k, while weddings usually start around $10k.
Every project is different, so pricing depends on scope and needs. During our intro call we'll talk through your event, what you'd like us to design, and your timeline, then put together a proposal that fits.
-
Our work is offered as a complete package, because each piece is strongest when designed alongside the others. If you're unsure what your event requires, we're happy to talk it through.
-
For weddings, ideally a year in advance. For special events, three to six months. If your timeline is shorter, please reach out, and we'll see what's possible.
